As an affiliate you will earn a generous 7% commission on sales generated from visitors to your website, blog, social media, or other advertising mediums. To set us apart from other affiliate programs, we will also pay 2% ongoing commissions for FUTURE purchases that your affiliate referral makes on our website if they register for an account, regardless of how they found us again. In other words, not only do you earn commissions from an initial sale, you will also earn ongoing commissions for the life of the customer. We want this program to be rewarding for you!

Absolutely! We encourage bloggers and website owners to design banners that fit the design/look/feel of their website. We ask you to represent our company and product in a professional manner. Please keep in mind copyright laws and be aware that if at any time a banner violates any copyright laws, your affiliate account will be terminated.

Q: At what point does a sale get credited to my affiliate account?
Commissions are credited to an affiliate once the order has shipped to the customer.

Q: What happens if a customer cancels an order?
In the case that an order is cancelled for a refund, commissions will be deducted from your affiliate account. Returns for exchanges will still receive affiliate credit.

Q: How do I view how much I have earned?

To view your current affiliate balance, simply login to your affiliate dashboard.

Q: Are there any sign up fees for your affiliate program?
Nope! None. Our affiliate program is free to all website owners and social media admins that are approved for the program.

Q: How do I become an approved affiliate?
Simply submit your application for approval. Upon being approved, you will receive an email with login information and your unique affiliate link.

Q: Can I advertise on a social media website?
Absolutely! We understand that many web users have followers in multiple locations from a Twitter account to a personal blog. We invite affiliates to share their unique link on all social media platforms.

Q: How do I get paid?
Every 5th of the month we send checks to affiliates that have earned $25 or more since the previous payout. You can take that to the bank! Literally.

Q: What is an affiliate program?
An affiliate program is a system that is set up for website owners, bloggers, and social media admins to be able to send their visitors or followers to our website and earn a commission off any sales that take place.

Q: Are websites outside of the USA eligible for the affiliate program?
Our affiliate program is eligible to countries where we ship. This includes just about everywhere from Antarctica to Zimbabwe.

Q: How can I know if I should apply for your affiliate program?
An ideal affiliate is an individual that has a website or blog that gets more than 300 visits per month. Also, social media admins with followers that may be interested in Salient Oils products.

Q: My affiliate application was declined, is there anything I can do to become eligible?
We reserve the right to decline applications if we feel that the website or social media platform does not meet standards acceptable by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. If your website was declined, you may submit a different website with uplifting, inspiring material.

Q: If a customer uses a coupon, do I receive commission on the full price?
No. Commissions are only paid on the total amount collected, minus shipping, coupons, and other discounts.

Q: How does your program track if a person clicks my affiliate banner?
Our affiliate program will place a non-intrusive tracking cookie within the browser of the individual that clicked on your link. This cookie will lasts 5 days and commissions will not be given after the cookie expires.

Q: I have more than one website, do I have to sign up for an affiliate program for each website?
No. We do however suggest listing all and any websites or social media platforms you plan on using with our affiliate program.

Q: Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
Absolutely not! We would never want to restrict your earnings.

Q: Can I participate in other affiliate programs?
Absolutely. We are a non-exclusive affiliate program.

Q: Is there a minimum sales requirement to remain an affiliate?
Nope. However, a minimum of $25 in earned commissions is required to receive a check.

Q: Do I have to have a business license to become an affiliate?
Nope. Many affiliates can use their social security number to apply for our program. Providing a social security number or EIN is required for tax purposes.

Q: What kind of website would not be approved for an affiliate account?
Websites that contain false or misleading content, sexually explicit materials, promote violence, promote illegal activities, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or violate intellectual property rights will not be approved.

Q: Do I have to pay income tax on my affiliate earnings? Individuals earning over $600 in affiliate commissions are required by United States law to pay taxes, and we are required by law to submit a form 1099 to the IRS for more info. If you are a not a resident of the United States, we strongly suggest you contact your local tax authority for tax laws in your area.
