Temporary Return/Refund Policy due to COVID-19 Update

In order to protect our Customer and our associates from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return and refund policy temporarily.

We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.

This policy is consistent with our store front and online store, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a product has left our store, we cannot accept it back and
give a refund.

One of our core values is to stay Healthy. Due to the rapidly evolving of the COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we had to make this changes in all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges).

We will continue to closely monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly.

We hope our customers can feel a sense of safety when purchasing products off our shelves or our online store. All products customers purchase off our shelves have not left the store.
